If a bus driver pulls out of a bus stop or moves away from the curb and hits an overtaking biker, the bus driver will likely be liable, and the correctly proceeding biker should be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motorbikeinjurylawyers.co.uk\/what-can-i-claim-for\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>eligible to make a claim for personal injury compensation<\/strong><\/a>.
